With the LTBMU set to release their new OSVUM in 2025\, the recent release of the Tahoe National Forest OSVUM\, and similar concerns within the Humboldt Toiyabe and El Dorado\, and with a new Chief of the National Forest whose goal is\, "to lead the Forest Service in restoring national forests\, improving outdoor recreation opportunities\, and enhancing wildfire suppression efforts."\, THE TIME IS NOW for us to unite our voice\, and learn how to voice our support for motorized recreation with the goal of REGAINING OUR ACCESS. \n\n\nAmy Granat\, Managing Director California Off-Road Vehicle Association\, is providing two workshops. \nThis Friday\, April 18 at 6pm at the American Legion in South Lake Tahoe. \nSaturday\, April 18 at 6pm at Donner Ski Ranch. \nShe will be sharing with us the current state of the USFS and motorized access\, NEPA and OSV planning as it relates especially to the LTBMU OSVUM expected to be released in 2025 (and the new TNF OSVUM)\, and what's important when writing substantive public comments that will make a difference. \n\n\nIn particular\, Amy wants to hear from you about what riding areas have been lost and why they need to be regained. \nMake sure you attend at least one of these workshops.
